2017, the dreaded new year's resolutions
I have a feeling that 2017 might be a bit difficult. Good things usually come to an end.
I hope that, during this year, I will become a better programmer, keep on the healthier lifestyle I started few months ago (maybe slightly lower my meat intake), improve my photography and have a healthier body. It would also be nice to live in the same country as my girlfriend, being apart for more than a year is not how I expected things to go. I hope my startup adventure continues and gets rewarded with exponential growth.
2017 started with Finnish sauna and a dip in icy water with good company. It was fun! Sadly, it was too dark to take pictures. But who wants to see a shivering Tunisian dude after few seconds in icy water?
2016 was not too difficult: I had to work for an average of 50 hours a week and had more responsibilities which was challenging at some times. I took swimming lessons and had my first contribution to an open source project. I have been reunited with my brother for the first time in four years. I learned more about myself: I’m not fond of Indian food and I don’t have the required refined taste to enjoy modern art exhibitions.
